TENDER NOTICE
(Hiring of Vehicles on Contract Basis)
The Environment Forest and Climate Change Commission invites quotations / tenders from eligible vehicle owners, agencies, and fleet operators for providing vehicles on contract basis for official use of the Commission, as per the details given below:
Types Of Vehicle Required
Mahindra Scorpio
Maruti Ertiga
Toyota Innova Crysta
Maruti Ciaz
Vehicle Eligibility
• Vehicle model not older than March 2025
• Must have valid RC, Insurance, Permit, Fitness Certificate and PUC
Contract Details
• Contract Period: 02 (Two) Years
• Monthly Running Limit: 3000 KM per month (per vehicle)
Quantity of Vehicles
The number of vehicles shall be finalized at the time of issuance of the Work Order.
The Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity as per requirement.
Scope of Responsibility
Fuel
Driver (valid driving license)
Maintenance & repairs
Insurance, permits & road tax
GST and statutory liabilities
Tender Fee
Tender Fee: ₹11,000/- (Non-Refundable)

Submission of Quotation
Quotations must be submitted only through email along with all required documents.
General Conditions
• Incomplete or late quotations shall be rejected.
• The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
• The decision of the Competent Authority shall be final and binding.
